Nooksy is a storytime reading app, with an ever-growing library of specially selected, high-quality children’s books for children 2–8 years old that you can read online, or on any device, anywhere in the world.

Nooksy gives readers an ever-growing library of meaningful, impact children’s books – specially selected and adapted with the help of experts in Early Childhood Education.By allowing you to access your books from any device, anywhere in the world, Nooksy gives you the ability to be the Super Parent who always has the little ones’ favourite books on hand. This makes it super easy to create a regular family reading routine, which not only invests in your family’s future (reading is vital for young children’s development) but also helps make storytime a relaxed and very special shared experience, nurturing deeper family bonds in the process.

What do you mean by specially selected, high-quality children’s books?

We have very specific selection criteria for books. They have to be high-quality, with beautiful illustrations, with stories that convey ideas and morals that are good and positive, plus be aimed at helping develop the child the book is created for.

It’s often hard for a parent to know which traditional, commercial books will actually contribute to your child’s well-being and growth. That’s why we work with child development experts to ensure we feature only books of a certain standard.

So you can log on and start reading without worrying about book selection – we take that 1 worry off your plate and help you become a Super Reading Family with ease and confidence.

What if my family wants to read more than 5 books?

Great! Once you’ve used all 5 of your free books, you can simply select your next book choice and you’ll automatically be given options to unlock our entire library for your whole family, for life.

You choose the option that works best for you and your family’s budget. There are options for lifetime family access. Or monthly subscription-based access. And the choice is totally up to you – we made it that way to give you the ability to make good financial decisions for your family.

Why do you ask for my email?

In order to provide your family with free books, we need a way to identify you. And to do that, we need to create a unique login for you and your family (so you can always access your books). And to create a login, we need to be able to contact you via email.

We may also share exciting updates, helpful news and insights with you via email. This includes a newsletter with news on new books we’re adding, which books you might be interested in reading next, as well as general parenting, family, developmental and reading tips.

How are you able to give books for free?

Great question! We’ve built a library of amazing books over time. And we feel so strongly that our books are the best possible choice for families with young children that we’ve negotiated special deals with the authors and publishers that allow us to provide them at no cost to your family.

(They are not really “Free”, we pay for them. We carry the cost and just give you 5 books at no cost to you. That means that they are free for you because we pay for them on your behalf.)

We simply believe so strongly that you’ll enjoy those 5 books, perhaps enough to want to unlock the entire library for your family.

How do I claim my 5 free books?

It’s all automated and very simple. Head over to the Nooksy App right now, select a book and you will be able to read it for free for life.

You will be guided by prompts to supply us with information so that we can identify you and log you in to access the books anytime and from anywhere.

Is it true that I can get 5 free books for my whole family for life?

Absolutely yes! The 5 books are free to you. (We pay for them out of our pockets.)

If you head over to the Nooksy App and click on a book right now, you’ll see that you’ll automatically be able to read it for free. That book is now your family’s for life.
